Rouge was born out of wedlock

between the Chef’s Passions for Food and his Love of Jazz. Rouge is the result of an Honest and unpretentious attempt to bring back the “old” all the

while fulfilling a Selfish need to fill a Void in the Miami Culinary

and Jazz scene.
